Job Title: Technical Services Manager m/f
|This role provides a fantastic opportunity to join the Samlesbury Brewery Senior Management team. Your strategic guidance and leadership skills will be critical in this role & requires an exceptional individual to motivate, coach & develop management and operational teams in technical services to ensure sustainability to VPO processes. Your experience will enable you deliver the business plan and department KPI‘s whilst aligning the IUK technical services function to the InBev vision and Supply Operations Strategy.|
The Technical Services Manager will lead a team of 52 (7 direct reports and 45 indirect.)
Package: 60-65K GBP, 30% bonus, car or car allowance, pension, medical benefits.
Requirements for the role:
You will preferably have a degree or HNC in an appropriate engineering subject or be a chartered engineer.
Our Samlesbury brewery, located near Preston is less than 5 minute’s drive from junction 31 of the M6. In a single day, Samlesbury brewery can produce 3.5 million bottles, 1.7 million cans and 17 thousand kegs which means the site’s annual production capacity is approximately 2.5 million hectolitres per year.
