Summary

As the Site QA (Quality Assurance) Manager, you will coordinate, update, implement, develop, and maintain all requirements to comply with all quality standards of Solina, as well as the continuous improvement of food safety and hygiene in relation to the products, the operation, and the workers. The Site QA Manager reports to the QA Manager Solina Netherlands.

Tasks & responsibilities
  • Ensuring food security and hygiene throughout the operation.
  • Introducing coordination, updating, development, and improvement of standards and health conditions in operation.
  • Personnel training especially for quality and hygiene, as well as training on standards.
  • HACCP team responsible for coordination, testing, updating, and documentation of the HACCP plan and the hygiene plan.
  • Responsible for compliance with and updating of BRC, IFS, FSC22000 certifications, or other certification systems (MSC, RSPO).
  • Processing of complaints, their validation, and corrective measures. Inform customers in case of questions.
  • Provision of information in relation to the preparation of the Management Review.
  • Follow up on the food law legislation.
  • Responsible for customer communication, regarding quality questions.
  • Management of the quality division. Coaching of the site quality team.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in food technology, biotechnology, chemistry, microbiology, nutrition/diet or similar scientific/technical studies.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, ISO.
  • Being aware of priorities – handling problems at the right time, with the right perception.
  • Criticism, controlling & communication skills.
  • Organizational skills.
