Job description:

Responsibilities: to provide skilled technical administrative support to the quality and operations team, to ensure a standardised approach to all quality system activities on site.

Maintain site quality management system: Maintain the site quality management system procedures ensuring agreed updates and amendments are implemented and controlled.

Maintain process quality documentation: Maintain process quality documentation ensuring information is accurate and up to date and all documentation is revision controlled.

Analyse & report quality performance metrics / KPI’s: Compile, maintain and update as necessary reports / KPI’s/ Certificates

HACCP: Maintain the site HACCP plans and associated documentation.

External audits (Customer / 3rd Party): Assist in the external audit process with a primary focus on administration tasks and quality management systems.

Internal audits:  Become a competent internal auditor for the site ensuring audits are completed in a timely manner as per set schedule.

Continuous improvement: Continuously improve standards set by facilitating and executing 8 step practical problem solving and other appropriate KPS methodologies within the Quality function and as required within the business.

General administration: Responsibilities may include various general administration tasks




  • Proficient written, numerical and verbal skills.
  • Fluency of Danish language and good English skills.
  • Numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data


  • Proficient in the use of MS Office tools.
  • Basic understanding of Food Safety Systems and Quality Management Systems.


  • Ability to work cross functionally.
  • To communicate effectively, both internally and with 3rd party, as applicable.
  • To set and meet deadlines with a self-disciplined and structured approach.
