International Brand Marketing; Initiative Management Team
Purpose of this job
To strengthen our International Brand Marketing Team, we’re looking for a Product Expert Program Manager (m/f/d) to join the team. In this role, you’ll ensure execution of the main objectives of the Product Expert Program.
You’ll be responsible for overcoming barriers to listings and preventing delisting to building advocacy and product trainings. Moreover you’ll support in key business priorities such as building mental and physical availability and increasing product relevance and trust.
Areas that play to your strenghts
Coordination & Training
As Product Expert Program Manager, you’ll have a clear overview of what Product Experts are working on and support them on the job in tasks where necessary.
You’ll be responsible to deliver a top-notch training program for Product Experts in collaboration with various stakeholders (Science, Regulatory etc.), ensuring that they will be set up for success. In addition, you’ll support the recruitment and onboarding process for new Product Experts.
Best practice & global tasks
You’ll enhance and optimise the program based on best practices and learnings in alignment with internal key stakeholders. You’ll be the bridge between the Product Expert team and the Science, Regulatory & Government Affairs team on all cases that need to be aligned from a content and execution perspective.
Moreover, you’ll manage alignment on all communication tools, speaking points and new projects that involve the Science, Regulatory & Government Affairs team to ensure streamline communication between the two departments.
In addition, you’ll be the expert for all product related questions (functionality, safety etc.) within the International Brand Marketing team and support all global product requests including facilitate support on Product Expert topics for markets who don’t have a full-time resource.
Lean processes & tools
You’ll support other departments, be it sports, culture or sales, on ways that they can leverage the Product Expert beyond sales support (e.g. product education, providing nutrition plans to athletes and artists, category communication plans, influencer management, products and company section communication).
Moreover, you’ll manage the Product Expert program tool in which Product Experts plan and report their cases for external meetings and challenges. In addition, you’ll support Product Experts in the planning and reporting of their cases in the Product Expert program tool in a timely manner, including approval of missions.
Reporting & Communication
In this position you’ll manage monthly and year end reports to highlight key program achievements and manage the information and materials available to Product Experts in alignment with Science (e.g. product information on redbull.com, EFSA & institutional information, Nutrition Guides, Ingredient Information). Lastly, you’ll manage communication to the markets that display what Product Experts are working on in a contextually relevant way.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
- Health, Nutrition, Sports and Product Communication Experience desired (Food & Beverage).
- Strong communication, writing and diplomatic skills.
- High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values.
- An entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate ‘best practices’.
- Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality
- University degree with science, health, sports, nutrition,
biology, medicine, food science/technology, etc.
- Fluent in English & German.
- Willing to travel up to 50%.
