Responsibilities as Quality Manager FMSP

  • Keep contact with customers: customer requests, specifications and quality agreements.
  • Complaints management, work with cross-functional teams to investigate consumer complaints to determine root-cause and develop strategies to reduce complaint incidences.
  • Monitoring results of raw material, in-process product and finished product testing for compliance with specifications.
  • Quality trend monitoring and driving performance improvements.
  • Translates organizational quality and safety objectives and practices into actionable solutions.
  • Risk analysis for raw materials, process and finished products.
  • Monitoring and implementation of the sampling plan.
  • Validation of QA policies.
  • Part of the HACCP and Food Fraud team

Experience/qualification as Quality Manager FMSP

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Food Sciences or related disciplines.
  • 3 years of experience minimum food or beverages QA, ideally in complex processes.
  • Ideally also FSMP/Infant Food (this is not a hard requirement.
  • Familiarity with Food regulation.
  • Qualified in HACCP and experienced in risk analysis.
  • Able to work on several projects at a time in cross-functional project teams.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Work autonomously.
  • Well organized and set priorities and follows through.
  • Ability to create format templates, reports and technical documents.
  • English is required. German is an advantage but not a hard requirement.

Other Information

  • Home office is not possible, due to the responsibilities of the role.
  • Approx. 60% office activities 40% in the plant
