Your Tasks as Global Head of Marketing and Group Communication
- Oversee the marketing and communications strategy including for example the positioning, white papers, website and webinars
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies and define key performance indicators to identify the level of success
- Foster a high-performing team of marketing managers and experts with a high degree of collaboration, influencing and coaching
- Plan and implement communication campaigns for all internal and external channels
- Create and develop communication material for specific target groups and regions
- Ensure an effective cross-media publication, planning and execution of the material in relevant communication channels as well as their documentation & monitoring
- Partner with your stakeholders at every level of the organization to develop and execute the best marketing and communications practices, policies and procedures
Your Profile as Global Head of Marketing and Group Communication
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar
- 5+ years experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B and/or food and beverage industry
- Experience working with and leading multinational teams in a matrix work environment
- Proven success in designing and executing marketing and communications strategies
- Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills, capable of working independently
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships
- Fluent German and English language skills will be required
- Willingness to travel
